The importance of having policies and procedures in place is crucial.
Without them employees may not have a full understanding of that is expected of them. With Policies and Procedures there is no guess work and everyone is kept on the same page insuring efficiency.
The policies and procedures that I have for you here are geared towards employees.
Your State may require specific written Policies and Procedures that encompass ALL aspects of your agency.

Marketing your home care agency business is a necessary step that require the right tools!
*As a student of The Owner's Suite you are welcome to work and design your own marketing materials or allow me to do that for you.

Supervisory Visits and Client Evaluations are in an invaluable tool for your agency.
Almost always State required, even if they are not I highly recommend you implement them into your business practice. I explain why in the following video lessons.

It is against copy writing laws and unethical to copy or reproduce ANY of the documents in here for the purpose of selling or giving away. Refund Policy:
For purchases made in Full (not payment method) If after 5 days from purchasing the Home Care Start Up Academy you are not satisfied you can email support for a 50% refund. The reason for this is because for 5 days you have access to the program and all the documents and classes inside.
If you purchase in payments and feel the Academy is not for you after 5 days of purchasing you can email support for a 50% total refund on the program, respectively. Any additional payments will be charged to equal the 50% refund on the program.
Policies and Procedures:
My goal for turn around time can take up to 45 days when writing from scratch. If I have already done your State, then the turn around time is less than 14 days.
-Accuracy is important to me as it is to you too. These really cannot be rushed.
-On that same note: Each State has their Rules and Regulations posted however, they do not always upload them to their website when changes are made. It is crucial that you read through the Policies and Procedures that I create for you. You can personalize them of course but also ensuring accuracy before you submit is extremely important.
-If after submission there is an addition that needs to be made or an error I will correct this at no additional charge.
