All items inside of the Academy is for the use of the purchaser ONLY. 

Any indication of this policy being broken could result in legal action.  

Refund Policy: 

For purchases made in Full (not payment method) If after 5 days from purchasing the Home Care Start Up Academy you are not satisfied you can email support for a 50% refund. The reason for this is because for 5 days you have access to the program and all the documents and classes inside. 

If you purchase in payments and feel the Academy is not for you after 5 days of purchasing you can email support for a 50% total refund on the program, respectively. Any additional payments will be charged to equal the 50% refund on the program.

Policies and Procedures:

My goal for turn around time can take up to 30 days when writing from scratch. If I have already done your State, then the turn around time is less than 14 days. 

-Accuracy is important to me as it is to you too. These really cannot be rushed. 

-On that same note: Each State has their Rules and Regulations posted however, they do not always upload them to their website when changes are made. It is crucial that you read through the Policies and Procedures that I create for you. You can personalize them of course but also ensuring accuracy  before you submit is extremely important. 

-If after submission there is an addition that needs to be made or an error I will correct this at no additional charge. 

- If you purchase the Policies and Procedures in full or payment method and you change your mind: Please contact support@bethanyrackliff.com requesting a refund. So long as I have not completed 50% of your policies and procedures I will issue a full refund. If I have completed 50% or more of your Policies and Procedures I will issue a 50% refund from the purchase price. 

**If choosing the PAYMENT PLAN please note there is NO REFUND and NO CANCELLATIONS, you will be charged $145.00 for 12 months**
